The 2nd amendment is in the Constitution for one reason – to be able to defend yourself from your enemy, either foreign or domestic. Today we live in a world that is as bad as the time of Noah. Terrorism is a fact of life all over the world, including America. Our enemies are more numerous, and more dangerous than they have ever been.
Last night in San Bernardino, California, Islamic Terrorism stuck again on American soil, leaving 14 dead and 20 wounded at the hands of Muslim extremists. Already left wing loonies from politicians to celebrities to writers etc. are using this to slap the face of conservatives and the GOP by blaming the NRA, insulting believers in G-d who are praying for the victims and their families, and calling for more gun control laws.
The Left wants Americans to believe they will be safer if guns are removed. WRONG. First thing is first to do is to stop blaming the GOP, NRA, conservatives or white Christian males – blame terrorism on the terrorist themselves. The facts speak for themselves.
Look at Islamic terrorism tactics in Israel for example.
People make the mistake of underestimating Islamic terrorists. Palestinians are not allowed to own weapons, yet they manage to commit deadly acts of terrorism on an almost daily basis. The attacks that are not carried out using rockets are committed using suicide bombs, Molotov cocktails, rocks, knives and even screwdrivers.
Since 1994 to present 3791 Israelis have been murdered by Palestinians terrorists. The 9/11 attackers used box cutters to murder almost 3000 innocent people. Terrorists and criminals do not follow the law regardless of which country you live in. If you take away the ability of law binding citizens to defend themselves you will only enable those who would do harm.
